Georgian Bakery on King Street in Downtown Midland. The generosity and love that was put into their contribution to our 100th Library/We Are The Villagers fundraiser was addictive. The creations for that event – cupcakes with books and other amazing toppings – was not only a hit but turned out to be a huge topic of discussion while everyone tried to figure out how it was done. We are the Villagers receives support through the sales of truffles made by The Elegant Gourmet on King Street in Midland. Mountain Truffles have been a big hit at the store since they were created nearly a decade ago by Susan and Glen Canning’s four year old son. Now 12, Matthew Canning has been making mountain truffles for eight years and shares the proceeds with WATV. THANK YOU.
